Do I accept custom work?
- At this time, no. But its not to say I wont ever accept it in the future. I am a one woman show, doing my best to offer items in my shop at the moment. As time allows, I will consider accepting customs based on my previous work. I will not recreate something you've seen online or in another artists shop. I will do my best to stay within my realm of style and practice. 
 
When will my item ship?
 
Depending on the item's listing, it should ship within 1-3 days after the order was placed. Some items are made to order, and with those I ask for 2-3 weeks turn around time. Depending on style and amount of orders placed, I could definitly have them out sooner! My goal is to get the jewelry to you as fast as possible, but keeping in mind quality! 
 
What happens if my item is stolen/lost by USPS?
This is such a sad, unfortunate circumstance, but it does happen... So I suppose its time I make a rule. I am an honest person, and it breaks my heart that people steal/lie and cheat, but because this is completely out of my control, I cannot accept responsibility. Please be mindful of where you ship your packages, I will always send you shipping notifications so keep track of when its coming. 
 
Do you accept refunds?
Refunds are at my discretion. If you order, please know your ring size, or the size of the person you are buying for. Please contact me for any questions or concerns during your shopping process, I want to make sure you are happy with your purchase! 
 
What if my item is in need of repair?
Sadly, things can break. I try my best to make everything with high quality and longevity, but if it breaks due to makers error, I will take responsibility and will fix it at no charge to you. However if it is due to wear and tear, I may be able to repair but with a fee. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns!
